Montana just kicked ass with that speech. Now THAT is how you win over a jury. She half-assed it the first time, but nailed it the second. There's her game: she wanted to quit, she got another chance. She didn't win immunity once, she got another chance. She was nearly beaten by Baxter in the end, but she's getting another chance. Epic. SWSU, once I read that Montana has won, you will earn yourself some respect points for this.
Down to the final panels/frames of this season. So who will be the victor? Only folks like me who are behind in watches or just now (future time warp!) reading through the series don't already know. xP But after that speech, I'll be surprised if it isn't Montana.
Actually, your scenario is slightly realistic. Probst has actually stated that when he says, "I'll gotally the votes," the survivors wait for about 20 minutes before he gets back, as Probst has already read the votes, and needs to decide with the producers in what order toread them for maximum tension.
